Social Work Wellness is an agency providing social services in rehabilitation. We are a contract provider to ACC. Our mission is to help ACC clients address personal and social issues that may have contributed to their injury or impact their recovery. To achieve this, we work alongside several rehabilitation providers. Our collaborative efforts ensure that clients receive comprehensive and client centred care. We welcome new referrals and inquiries about our full range of services.
