Social Work Wellness is a rapidly expanding company that provides top-quality social work services to ACC clients through contract services.

We aim to overcome the challenges that arise when unexpected life events impact our well-being. This can lead to significant life changes that require intensive intervention and assistance to regain independence and improve well-being.

Our proactive approach supports clients experiencing complex issues arising from injury, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, and other specialized services. We collaborate with a broader professional team to refer and access these services ensuring clients receive comprehensive care that meets their specific needs.

Out extensive experience includes, managing Transition for Independence program with Clinical Lead responsibilities. We are able to work under Sensitive Claims contracts and collaborate with a Traumatic Brain Injury client.

If you have any inquiries about referrals and the process, please do not hesitate to contact our Director or Operations Manager. We are based in the Canterbury Region. We are available to travel pending ACC approval. We cover Canterbury and the wider south Island region. We can also access telehealth if suitable.
